Hi, I’m gail.
I’m here to help women, like you, navigate the quiet (and not-so-quiet) struggles of midlife — including anxiety, emotional burnout, and life transitions.
Too many women feel like they should be able to “handle it all” — careers, families, caregiving, and the changes during perimenopause and menopause. The truth? You were never meant to carry so much without support.
I created Seaside to provide that space for women to feel seen, heard, and supported — and move forward with practical tools for everyday life.
Therapy at Seaside is collaborative, solution-focused, and tailored to your personal goals so that you can build coping skills, reduce your stress level, and feel more like yourself again.
