Not In-Network?
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which allow you to submit a claim for a portion of the cost. I can provide a superbill to assist with your reimbursement.
Self-Pay Option Available
Some clients choose to self-pay for added privacy, flexibility, or because they don’t have coverage. For those who prefer not to use insurance, I offer therapy services at $150 per session.
Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect during the first therapy sessions?
Our first sessions at Seaside Mental Wellness are designed to be a collaborative introduction to your journey towards emotional wellness. Consider it a safe space to share your story and explore your goals for therapy. The sessions will likely last around 50 minutes and are typically scheduled weekly or on a bi-weekly basis.
What days and times are available to schedule sessions?
At Seaside, therapy sessions are available throughout the week starting as early as 7am and as late as 5pm. If you have a preferred day and time that works best with your schedule, I recommend booking at least 1-2 sessions in advance to ensure that it will be available for you.
